Living Planet Fund Management Company S.A. was established on 23 May 2003 as a public limited company in Luxembourg for an unlimited duration.
The Articles of Association were published in the "Memorial Recueil des Sociétés et Associations" on 2 July 2003 and deposited at the Commercial and Company Register of the District Court of Luxembourg for inspection.
The company is regulated by the Luxembourg financial regulatory authorities (the CSSF, "Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier"), and is in compliance with European Union UCITS 3 (Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) requirements concerning fund management company.
The sole object of the Company is the management of the Living Planet Fund and the marketing of its units, as well as the issue and redemption of the units of the Fund.
